QuickWit Privacy Policy
What Data We Collect
QuickWit collects the following data when you use the app:
- Email address — collected when you create an account, used to identify your account and manage your subscription.
- App usage data — including session counts and streak data, used to track your progress within the app.
- Voice recordings — recorded during exercises and sent to our transcription service (Deepgram) for real-time speech-to-text conversion. Recordings are not stored after transcription.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and operate the QuickWit app and its features
- Track your session count and streak to display your progress
- Manage your subscription status via RevenueCat
- Improve app performance and exercise quality
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
QuickWit uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — generates exercise prompts and coaching feedback
- ElevenLabs — converts text to speech for exercise narration
- Deepgram — converts your spoken responses to text
- Supabase — stores your account information and session data
- RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases and status
Data Retention
Your account data (email address, session counts, streak data) is retained for as long as your account is active. Voice recordings are processed in real time and are not stored after transcription.
Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
QuickWit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
